User Agreement

1. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless a mandatory rule of your jurisdiction overrides. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive venue unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise customers.
2. Termination
We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment where products are fee-based. You may stop using the site at any time.
3. User obligations
You provide accurate information, avoid scraping that degrades service, and respect intellectual property on materials provided. You will not attempt to disrupt classes or harass staff or peers.
4. Service description
We publish editorial pages and operate educational programming for wedding photographers. Features may evolve; descriptions on the site at purchase time control for paid goods.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim unless law forbids such caps.
6. Intellectual property
Branding, curricula, and site design remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited license to use purchased materials for personal studio use.
7. Acceptance
Using the site after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms where permitted. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact us to close accounts.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided as-is without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose where disclaimers are enforceable. Educational outcomes depend on your effort and market conditions.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms, subject to applicable limits. We notify you of covered claims when practical.
10. Assignment
We may assign agreements to affiliates or successors involved in continuing the programs. You may not assign without our written consent.
11. Severability
If a clause is invalid the remainder stays effective. A court may modify an overbroad clause to the minimum extent needed.
12. Entire agreement
These terms plus posted policies constitute the entire agreement regarding site use. Conflicting oral statements do not bind us unless captured in a signed document.
